CEO Loneliness

Being a CEO can be incredibly lonely because they're the ones who have to make the toughest calls and carry the weight of the company's success or failure. They deal with pressure from all sides —board members, employees, customers, and the public. CEOs often can't share their worries or doubts with others in the company because they need to maintain authority and confidence. Plus, they have to be careful about forming close relationships with employees to avoid any favoritism or conflicts of interest. All these factors make the CEO role isolated and demanding.
